Our PR1 was stuck on reboot and won’t open. Brain status is blinking yellow. What to do first?
What power supply are you using?
Try taking the modules out and disconnecting any network or USB devices, just see if it boots on its own.

Ok, well, solution is in the last post of that thread, so you are on the right track.
Since we’re outside US, our local distributor said that we need a new controller.
My concern is the HMI, do we have a way to have it backed up or retrieved?
If you never backed it up, its going to be tough.
