Can Read Value in Modbus but cannot write value in Modbus

Hello, has anyone managed to write values ​​using modbus using the GRV-CSERI-4 serial on YOKOGAWA YS1700 devices. For now, I can only read values ​​from serial modbus but cannot write values ​​into YOKOGAWA’s Modbus via GRV-CSERI-4. can anyone help me? I have tried many ways but still not successful.

Modbus settings in Groov View

Hi, I have a Yokogawa controller (YS-1700) connected to Groov-AR1 using modbus TCP/IP. Some of the tags are using DWord. I don’t understand how do I configure that in Groov view? The values are showing in groov View but I couldn’t send write to the tags, it’ll turn error everytime i try to key in new value. I suppose it is read-only for now although I’ve chosen the Read/Write access. I’ve also select Double as data type, enable function code 6, 22 and 5 is still same… Can help me on this? I’…

Are you using PAC Control? Are you using the Modbus kit? If so, what does it return in the status variable after you attempt a write? What function code are you using to write with (6 or 16)?
