So I’ve run into a slightly embarrassing situation here…
I’m trying to let a new trainee use my Groov EPIC learning center. He’s using CODESYS and we’ve cleared the CODESYS application from the controller. Something on my network is causing the red and blue lights to turn on constantly and I can’t find the culprit. If I unplug from the network and manually toggle them off from the screen, they turn off. If I change the IP address, they no longer turn on. Are there any logs on the EPIC that may allow me to find which other devices are connected to my EPIC and potentially interacting with this module?

You could try disabling different ports via the firewall rule and when it stops you will at least know what protocol/software is turning the output on. That may narrow it down.
The trainee may have accidentally downloaded his codesys project to a different controller. That is easier to do than one would think. The hardware may have the local I/O, but you could select a different hostname from the gateway and download.
Thank you, @greichert. Your suggestion is exactly what I was trying as you posted it, and it did eventually lead to finding the culprit (another programmer had used the outputs in a test program and forgotten to take them out).
One thing I did notice: disabling traffic via the firewall did not seem to have an immediate effect. The other controller remained connected until I restarted the learning center. I assume the connection would have been dropped at some point, but it was not immediate.
