HI,

is there any way i can use a usb serial ch-340?

groov RIO and EPIC only support FTDI adapters, you can find the model numbers in the user guides.
There are also many posts here on the forums about the USB to Serial converters.

If you have shell access, you are welcome to try some different adapters.
