Unable to open serial connection with Groov Rio

Doing a firmware update. It is 3.6.1-bxxx but its older and has been in several installs and test. Clean slate in 15 min.

Can you post your serial configuration for the node-red on PC? - the output is a bit strange as your payload appears to be \r011059\n. That is the reverse of what is expected for a windows style CRLF.

It is working now. There must have been something off in the system and a fresh plate opened the door. Thanks all:
