The Groovr's page cannot be refreshed properly

PAC-R1+Groov-Serv. Chroem and Groov serv are on the same PC. The system has been running steadily for 6 days. Today suddenly, data cannot be refreshed.

You must click on the refresh button on the top left corner of the browser to make the system normal.

Then the system is normal。

Why?

Are there any error messages in the logs from the time that the system couldn’t refresh data? You can reach them by going into Build mode, clicking Help, then View Logs.

In particular, look for something that looks like this:

Every now and then we have an issue where the browser client’s security token gets out of sync with what’s on the server. The session is still active and valid, so the user doesn’t get logged out, but certain operations that require a security check fail. Refreshing the browser causes the browser to retrieve the correct security token, so that fixes it.

It’s on the list of things to address, just haven’t been able to track down the root cause of it yet.

This problem has appeared again, this time is 7 days running continuously. Is it associated with a computer that has not been operating for a long time into hibernation?

This problem is only in Groov server for windows, or will it be the same in Groov box?.

Hibernation (or just sleeping) shouldn’t trigger it: I do almost all development on a laptop that goes to sleep all the time. groov View generally recovers from it.

Did you see anything interesting in your logs?

That particular error message comes from the Video gadget, when you’re using the proxy option. It may just be that you have a Video gadget on that page that’s doesn’t have a URL entered in it.

I think I found the reason for this mistake, but it’s different from what you said.
I used 6 video gadgets, one page three, and the remaining three pages one, URL is normal. There’s no other video gadgets anymore.
When I use the Groov proxy option, this warning message appears in large numbers. Without using this option, there is no such information. It is the same in Firefox and chrome, although the image can not be displayed normally in chrome.
This is my test at home, unable to connect to specific equipment. Go to the site for real test tomorrow.
If that’s the case, I’m going to use Firefox, and not use proxy options.

In the build mode, click Help, click view, click clear., but the log cannot be cleared?

There is no special reason, just because there are a lot of wrong information at the beginning of the project. After normal, there are few records every day. There is a clear button in the lower left corner.
