Test Stategy in Pac Control Basic

Hello Everyone,
is there a way to test a strategy in Pac Control Basic without groov processor or snap brain?

SoftPAC would be my go-to for this sort of thing.
It runs on a Windows PC.
Note that it can not access any of the USB or serial ports on the PC, but accessing the network and file system is no problem.

I don’t think SoftPAC is available on the basic versions. You can download and run PAC Sim though: Opto22 - SNAP PAC Sim Control Engine Simulator
