Forgive me if this has been discussed before as I’m sure it has, but what is the best way to go about using source control with a PAC Control and Display project?

If I’m using git, is it as simple as initializing a repository within the root folder of the project? Or is it more complicated than that with a PAC project?

Good question. You’re right, there was a previous discussion, and it is a bit more complicated. Check out this thread for some details, and “git” busy! (Har. Oh dear, that my second bad pun of the day. Good thing it’s Friday…)
