Welcome to the OptoForums! You can ONLY upload the project to the PC from the PAC if it was previously archived on your SNAP-PAC-R1; which does NOT happen automatically. (Some of our OEM/machine builder customers do NOT want their strategies uploaded.) See [U][B]this post[/B][/U] for details on how to check, and upload an archive if it is there.
