Dear I hope you are well. I came here to ask for your help, I work with the opto 22 snap pac controller, I use a hard court module, These modules are already 5 years old but over time they are burning as you can see on Photograph. The power, therefore, comes from a 5-volt source, but the GND is connected to other GNDs from other sources. the question is whether the burn could be due to the connection of the GNDs?

Do you have a photograph of the modules to attach?
It would be helpful to see what you are seeing.
Also I am not sure what sort of module you have… You mention a ‘hard court module’… that description does not match any of our current SNAP PAC modules.
Please reply to the forums, not to my personal email… More people will see the post and can offer help.

I heard back from the engineers… That date code is before a hardware change.
