My customer is using Pac Control Pro and I have Pac Control Basic. They have sent me their control strategy for review, but I cannot open it without moving up to Pro.
Is there any way to save a strategy as basic or roll it back to basic? I know they are not using any advanced functions that require Pac Pro, so having them on it is making it difficult to support.

In short. No. Once the basic to pro switch is flicked, there is no going back.
I know you know that there are no pro features being used in this case, but for other customers there was too much uncertainty to allow them to switch back and forth, so the decision was made to make it a one way valve.
