Howdy,
Push RST for 8 seconds and get RED/GREEN flashing and release.
Unit keeps booting back into login screen.
any ideas?
edit: tried with a 2nd unit I have and it resets perfectly. The unit not resetting goes through the process much quicker than the one that does reset.

Another way to ‘reset’ the unit is to upgrade the firmware and MAKE SURE to not flip the ‘Backup’ switch on the update page.
The new firmware will over write everything and no backup file will be created or restored so it will be fresh.
Note. If the RIO is new and is running current release firmware, just load the same version over it again.
I’ve come across the same thing. My RIO power monitor is stuck after reset. Power is Green, Stat is red and Eth1 is flashing green.
What does the red Stat mean? It’s not in the user guide.
