Finally got the unit swapped out and back to my office.
Nothing happens. May be a dead unit. The power LED just stays red.
Another update.
Tried another PR2 on my PSU. Experienced the same behavior my customer mentioned before the unit was stuck with a red power LED status.
The CPU screen goes white. The Power LED shows green. Status shows green and pulses. Never boots. I turned off to prevent another PR2 going bad.
