Power Up Clear Received - Log Viewer

Hello All,

Can someone comment as to the significance of the “Power Up Clear Received” message? I have one controller that does it every once in a while, and another that looks like it does it multiple times a day. I have never noticed this event before, but there was an incident yesterday where some device powered down, it is very close timing to one of these “Power Up Clear Received” events. Maybe no significance, but I just want to make sure.

Are you using 3rd party software to control anything on your EPIC? Power Up Clear is normal on a power cycle, but shouldn’t be happening that frequently unless something is sending that message or there are some power/power quality issues.

Can you share more info about your application? i.e. which software/dev apps you are using? And your current firmware version?

I’m using PAC Control Pro, Groov View, and NodeRed. The only two things controlling the process are automation built into the control strategy and operator controls over Groov View. There is no other software controlling the process. Firmware Version 3.5.1-b.85

I am not aware of any bugs, but they may recommend a firmware upgrade to the latest groov EPIC firmware (4.0.1)
