Port fwd problem

Hi guys
My IT guy stop port forwarding for my groov epic
I can access it through my computer or an Android phone
Why can’t I access it with my iPhone ?

Must be my iphone for some reason, when I grab my ipad it works just fine, I’ve tried to reset my phone and clear all the cach and history, still no good luck
