Some PAC Display HMI object Runtime Tool Tips are not showing up near the object. Example below the stacker feeder control start button is being hovered over and the tool tip is in the middle of the screen near an unrelated tag.
I have tried PAC Display Configurator…View…Reset Dialog Positions.
Also, many tags are not showing the Runtime Tool Tip at all.

Good to see you again–though I wish the circumstances were better.
I appreciate you taking the time to report the issue you’re seeing with Tool Tips not appearing where expected, and some tag Tool Tips not appearing in the PAC Display Runtime. I see the top “Start” button your cursor is over, and indeed the Tool Tip should not be appearing off to the left like that.
If you could please send your PAC Display project and PAC Control strategy files to support@opto22.com, I would be happy to take a closer look. Also, any additional information you can email us to help me reproduce what you’re seeing is helpful.
