OptoDataLinkService error in Windows 2012 event viewer

Hello, I install OptoDataLink on Window server 2012 and it connect SQL server 2012 used for data transmission. The OptoDataLink connect DCS device and another connect SQL.
But Sometimes there were issues in event viewer.

Google suggests that error 42000 is a bit of general catch-all error.
The rest of your screenshots cuts off more information, but the top part of the error is saying Cannot open database, I wonder if your DB is setup to only have one connection and something/someone else is logged in and so OptoDataLink throws this error?

Does it happen all the time, or as your post suggests, only every now and then?
