There is a problem with the SSL public certificate for the target device. It may not be installed in this device or it may not match the private key in the target device. Error code: DEPTH_ZERO_SELF_SIGNED_CERT

PAC response error : -401. Unable to authorize transaction. User data temporarily unavailable. ERROR CODE: -401

Was recently working with the API key with the localhost node. Not sure how to tackle these issues.

The timeout error is probably linked to your network. Check for a flakey cable.
The local host cert error might be because of a reset or such changing the certificates somewhere along the way.
