Node-RED Dashboard on EPIC

I will give that a try but is that an older revision or newer than what ships?

EPIC runs vanilla Node-RED and the dashboard is not part of the core nodes.
ie, Node-RED does not ship with any dashboard nodes pre-installed.

It is an older version that what would show in the Manage Pallet menu. Hence needing to call it out specifically using groov Manage.
