Module failed to communicate with Epic

HI Guys,

recently came up with a problem with my Groov Epic, where the modules aren’t being recognized by the EPIC. I noticed the problem when some pumps werent working and thought it was the module. Shutdown the Epic, changed the module, and now its doesnt recognized the cards and when i connect with Pac Control, the Quality keeps coming in and out.

Any thoughts on what it could be? Back panel went bad?

For technical issues with existing hardware, I would recommend contacting our product support team. They can better assist you and issue an RMA if needed.

Hi All,

was able to get everyting connected with a firmware update.
