That cable should work with the GRV-CSERi-4 serial module.
The datasheet has also information on max. cable length and Bus termination on page 4.
It somewhat depends on the baud rate, the distance the device is from the serial card, if there are other serial or communications being run on the same cat6 cable and the electrical noise profile that the cable is run through.
But, I tend to agree with @gerhardK , if its not too extreme in any of those, it should work just fine.

Recently we used 1 pair of cat 5 FTP cable to connect Modbus RTU to groov serial module. The cable length was about 35-40 meters within electrical room with 3 transformers including one 20 kV. Other pairs were not used, shielding was used for ground. Everything is working excellent. May be it is not best practice but it works.
