I need to modify the Modbus integration strategy to accommodate IEEE 754 Float (32 bit) from a Watlow F4T Temperature Humidity controller.
Thought i would check here for some ideas before I jump headlong into this and change my brain chemistry forever…
Has anyone started this project already?

What controller are you using?
EPIC, SNAP or SoftPAC?
Snap S2 and an SCM serial Module in position 0 with and EB2.

It’s been a while since I’ve used the integration kit, but I thought it already handled floats? Is there a particular issue you are having with it?

I can not seem to get it to work with IEEE 754 single precision signed floats.
16 bit works fine. Ill check my parameters again.

Try using data type 3 in the integration kit - which is for the least significant 16 bits in the lower register. I think that is the default for your device.
