Lost connection to Ignition

I was examining my Cert in Ignition and realized it was the wrong one for use with LDAP. I deleted that Cert and now I cannot “open Ignition” from groov manage.

Do you have a solution?

Got an inspiration overnight. (Ignition 8 is installed on a pr2 EPIC)

I used Manage/Security/Web Server Certificate to reload the server CA signed certificate in the EPIC. That also reloaded a self signed certificate for Ignition. Then I was able to open ignition from groov Manage (“This may take a while”) and upload the proper certificate for Ignition LDAP.

(initially in Ignition, I thought I had to delete the existing self signed certificate to to load the CA signed certificate. Not a good idea! Just load the new cert in ignition.)
