What is the screw size of the snap-pac I/O modules? A whole bunch were never installed and subsequently lost…

Just to be clear, are we talking about the field wiring screw or the two screws to hold the module to rack?

I suspect you mean the module retaining screws… They are 4-40’s.
Its on page two of the rack data sheet;
