I/O Modules/Slots not showing up in device tree in Codesys

I am using a Groov EPIC PR2 with Codesys. I have added the GRV-EPIC-PR2 to my Codesys project, however the device tree did not automatically display all the I/O slots or auto-detect any of the connected modules. I am also not seeing an option to scan for devices or add more devices.

Add your Ethernet device and then add the rack under the ethernet device:
