I have a GRV-CSERI-4 in slot 0 of my 8-port chassis with a GRV-EPIC-PR2. The module is showing up in my I/O list but not in the Serial Device section. I tried updating both the GRV-EPIC-PR2 and GRV-CSERI-4 firmware to the most recent versions (4.1.1-b.102 and R1.6h, respectively) and am still having this issue. I also tried power cycling the EPIC.
