Basically my requirement is that, before writing set point from groov view operator should have minimum privileges.

To pull this off right now, you’ll need to create extra pages for those users who shouldn’t have write access. Make a page for users with write access that has all the gadgets you need, then duplicate that page and remove the gadgets that would write to tags.
