groov View Stuck on White Screen After Login Any Fixes?

Hi everyone,

I recently started experiencing an issue where groov View on my groov EPIC loads but only displays a white screen after logging in.

The interface was working fine before, but now I can’t access any dashboards or controls. I have already tried restarting the device, clearing my browser cache, checking for firmware updates, and testing on different browsers and devices, but nothing has resolved the issue.

The system itself seems to be running, and there are no obvious network issues. Could this be caused by a recent update, a browser compatibility problem, or a configuration issue?

Has anyone else encountered this before, and if so, what worked for you? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There have been a few reported cases of blank (white) screens.
Our support team is the best way to handle hardware issues such as these.

I have seen this or something like this and found that I could access groov again after a period of time. Turned out to be related to the session log out.

You could try setting users to stay logged in indefinitely.
