That one, unfortunately, you’ll need to contact Product Support for. There’s a bug in 4.3a and 4.3b where if an event refers to a tag that no longer exists, that loading panel breaks.
Contact Product Support, let them know you’ve been hit by the Loading Events issue (#89645), they’ll ask for a backup of your project, and we’ll edit it to remove the broken event(s).
There’s a fix for this in the next bug fix release, due soon.
