Groov view email and text notification

I’m trying to set up email notification in groov view and it’s giving me this error
“gnu.mail.handler.TextPlain cannot be cast to javax.activation.DataContentHandler”

Anyone know what this error means and how to fix it?

That was a bug in groov View R4.3a on the GROOV-AT1 or GROOV-AR1 platforms. Upgrade to groov View R4.3b and you should be good to go.

The KB article for it is here: Opto22 - KB89539, but it looks like there’s some missing info in there.
