Hi,

I have a RIO GRV-R7-MM2001-10 that is hung after performing a factory reset. On powerup the Stat LED swiches from green to red and stays red. The eth lights blink and I can ping the device. It is also recognized in Groov Find.

Can you verify that the reset button is not stuck down? Try powering down and see if you can feel it click when you press it to make sure it is not stuck.
