Groov losing connection to SoftPAc

I have Groov for Win running on a system that’s on the same local net as SoftPAC running on a separate server. They are the only apps running, except basic O/S, both have static addresses.

We keep getting connection errors from Groov, both from the desktop and the phone app. Sometimes the it re-connects on the next scan, but some it can take minutes to re-connect.

Have trouble shot basic network parameters and found not issues. Are there any tuning parameter in Groov that could be affecting this?

Nothing tunable, no. Have you looked in your groov logs to see whether there’s anything relevant?
