I am using a Groov EPIC with an 8-slot chassis and a CSERI-4 module. I was succesfully using the module to read serial messages through Node-RED from some serial devices for a couple of years, then the module randomly faulted and stopped receiving messages.
Upon further investigation I discovered that while the CSER-4 was physically in Slot 0, the I/O menu in Groov Manage showed the module as being in Slot 3. I tried moving the module physically to Slot 2, and then it was shown as in Slot 6. In both cases I got a message for all of the serial ports of “Module Unsupported”.
