Does anybody know how to reset the password in a very old G4LC32 to default?

I’m sure I just did what you have been doing… read the users guide… I just see the warning about not forgetting your level 3 password, but nothing on how to reset it.
I think it’s worth reaching out to PSG; they might know a way to reset it.
I used to use these a lot and from what I remember you had to reload the firmware if you lost the password. There was no reset.
