Foscam Fi9831P camera does not delay smoothly in Groov View

Hi,buddies, I’m testing the Foscam camera display in Groov View.
Camer URL is entered: http://10.0.0.50:88/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=opto&pwd=

Update period set to 0.5 sec.

In groov view page, it can display the screen normally, but it is very sluggish, not up to the effect of video surveillance. I checked the groov demo site, and all the cameras in it can be displayed smoothly.
I’m not sure where else to optimize, can anyone give me some suggestions?

@benson Please try to enter the URL for the Snapshot into the browser URL field at your PC and check how the image is shown there, without groov View. Hit the F5 key in the browser 2x a second and see how the picture updates.

The Video Gadget in groov View is taking snapshots from the IP camera. It is not showing streaming data from the camera.

Try 1 sec update period and see how that is working for you.
