Ethernet Socket Error in PAC Control

Hello. Our network switch was recently replaced. The old switch was directly copied to the new one. However, I now get an error when trying to enter debug: Ethernet socket error: Socket is not connected. Code -10057. Any ideas on what I can do to get my computer communicating with the controller again? I’ve checked the IP addresses on the computer and all looks the same as before. Tried restarting the computer. When trying to inspect the device in PAC Manager the status says “Error reading area: Communication error.”

Sounds like the new switch has some port rules that the old one did not.
You need to ensure that port 2001 and 22001 (TCP/UDP) are allowed to the network port that the PC and the port that controller is plugged into. (ie, both ports - depends on how the switch is managed, but you get the idea).
