Epic controller Boot Failure

Good day!
I’ve ran into a new issue at a customer at the Singapore University where the Epic controller is not booting up. A message appeared on the screen with a “Boot failure…” (see attached picture). They tried to reset unsuccessfully… their email message: “…we try to reset and it able to load for awhile and fail to boot the system…”.
Might be that they successfully “reset” the unit, but now the memory is cleared and needs the control strategy reloaded? This just happened last night and I haven’t got access to it yet, wanted to get some insight and potential root causes if possible before I login. Any insight would be appreciated… thanks in advance!

The sooner you get it in the queue, the better.
