Anyone ever see this? Screens are corrupted. The runtime looks fine. Image below is of 4 screens in PAC Display. The 1st 3 are all bad. They used to look like the 4th one. When we run the app, they look fine. I need to edit these screens and don’t want to rebuild them.

Hi Todd,
I may have seen something like this before.
I would recommend this:
- Make a backup of your projects.
- Ensure you’re using the latest version of PAC Project.( R10.5c, if possible )
- Save your projects again. Then, reload them.
If the rendering issue persists, I’d reach out to our Product Support team, so we can take a closer look at your project files.

Not sure what caused it. The 3 screens were the last 3 we edited. I was able to export the one bad window and import it as a new window. Which looks to be ok after the import. I am running R10.5c (build 0021). Is there a recommend best practice for restoring individual windows from a backup?

I think you’re doing everything you need to on your end, Todd.
This appears to be a (known) defect in PAC Display.
Fortunately, the workaround (which repairs the project itself) appears to be re-saving the project in the Configurator, and then re-opening it.
Thank you for bumping this issue with your post.
And sorry for the trouble it caused you.

I typical check the forums first on issues. Will make sure to check the Knowledgebase in the future too. I forgot all about it!
