Whenever you lock a gadget then copy/paste the locked gadget, the pasted gadget is unlocked but not movable.
The fix is to lock it, then unlock it, and you can move it around again.

Another unrelated Groov View bug, whenever you set the Visibility for a gadget, you can no longer set the Visibility back to “No Tag.”
You have to delete the gadget and place it again.
