Block Read & Write With groov RIO

I want to use the commands MoveIoUnitToNumTableEx and Move Numeric Table to I/O Unit Ex to do block reads and write with a groove RIO.

What would the points per module parameter be?

What length of table would be required?

I haven’t tried yet, but I am thinking it will be 10 for a typical GRV-R7-MM1001-10 or GRV-R7-MM2001-10, since the groov RIO units have a total of 10 I/O points.

So the RIO is considered 1 module with 10 channels or points?

Yes, the Rio is 1 module (always module 0) with 10 channels so your MoveIoUnitToNumTableEx configuration would look similar to this
