Hi, we just got our Groov Epic (PR2) this monday but sadly we are already outdated with Ignition Edge 8.1. Is there an approved way to upgrade the embedded ignition to 8.3 ? Or is there a new firmware release soon on the horizon ?
I checked the docs but couldnt find anything.

Unfortunately you cannot upgrade the embedded ignition instance on the groov EPIC. With new software versions such as Ignition v8.3 which was just released last week, we have to take time to evaluate it completely within our ecosystem to insure that works properly with all the other software tools onboard. This will take some time. Ignition v8.1 is still fully supported by Opto 22 and Inductive Automation.
