I am looking for a way to have the PAC Display Runtime Basic send out periodic emails that an alarm has been triggered. The facility is not staffed 24/7 so, an alarm might be ignored if constant emails/text messages are not sent reminding workers of the alarm condition. My understanding is that once an alarm is triggered and an email is sent, no further emails or popup windows will be sent/triggered unless the alarm is acknowledged and the Automatic Re-alarming time has elapsed. If the alarm is not acknowledged, the alarm state will persist.
Anyone have any suggestions?
