I have an EPIC-PR1, the last firmware, codesys 3.5 SP21 (32bits), i scan the network, select the controller but no appears de warning message about the user management gos directly to the Device User Logon… any body knows how i can add a device user?

Hello, Codesys will go directly to the log on popup after a user has been assigned. If you don’t remember the username and password you can reset it by following one of the steps from this post: Codesy device user pasword - #4 by greichert

When you reset the controller did you hold down the reset button behind the door of the Epic for about 10 seconds until the status light started alternating green and red? That will perform a full factory reset so make sure you retrieve any licenses or programs you have installed

i got it….is in /home/codesys … the you must restart the codesys service in EPIC…and works… thanks a lot
