Ben, you might add somethng about the period. If I remeber correctly, back in '98 I did a kwh meter for Jefferson City, Mo water and if I remember correctly the power company based the bill on a 15 minute average, so I programmed a 15 minute rolling average for the kwh figure comming from the pulse meter and it comes out pretty close to the power company bill. It will not be exactly he same since there was no way to determine when the power companies 15 minute period started.
Also, I used the Snap-IDC5-Fast module and used the period feature to provide a pretty accurate timing of the pulse.
