Some computers throw that error when its not really an error.
Do you have any other web servers running on that PC?
If not, there is no need to try and move the port (and 888 or changes to Jetty is not recommended).
If the computer firewall is active, just allow an exception for groov View on port 443.
You might have to re-run the installer as your edits to Jetty might have broken other things.
