Excuse me, I have a controller, SNAP-UP1-ADS, firmware is R7.2i, it takes a long time. When it worked with PAC Control 9.6, PAC Control recommended that I upgrade firmware to R8.5c.
Can I ask this old guy to be able to upgrade to R8.5c?
