Quality Device Failure on Tag Error in OptoDataLink

Hi Sir,

We are using OptoDataLink 9.6 Version. We are pushing the data to MySQL.
And During the new tag addition, we are facing the “Quality Device Failure on Tag” error. When we are adding these tags at that time the error is coming. Without the addition of these tags, the Optodatalink is working fine.

I have also attached the screenshot of the same.

Can you please help us to resolve this issue.
