PAC display runtime stops

Hi,

I am using Pac display 9.6.
It is working smooth most of the time,but some time my pac runtime dont show my running project.
To start my running project i have to go on pac display configuration and then “save project and load runtime” option to run my project.

Is there any way to rectify this issue??
Or this issue occurs due to computer’s antivirus or firewall??

It could well be the windows defender software.

So far, there has been no issues with runtime with the above settings. If we remove the exceptions the issue comes back. Eventually I would like to isolate this down to a specific setting, I’ll test it more the next time I am on site. There are a total of six exceptions setup and I believe this is specific to the latest Win10 build (1903).
