Has anyone developed a Hostlink protocol for Omron?

Hello Frank,
I don’t think I’ve heard this before. After some searching on the web, it appears that Hostlink is an ASCII based serial protocol, perfect for a communications handle… you’ll just need to get a copy of the Hostlink protocol manual from Omron. Also, FINS is a UDP version of this same messaging protocol. It too is supported by a communications handle in PAC Control.
If you can implement the string patterns, it looks like PAC Control has all the communication resources to message to the controller.
