Manage won't load from browser until logged in on EPIC display

EPIC has been running for a while being ignored on my workbench for a month or so. It’s on version 1.3 I went to login to manage and I get this:

When I logged in on the EPIC display itself it worked fine, came back to the computer browser and it loaded! Something strange is going on here.

EPIC, I have trust issues.

Shoot, I’ve seen that one too, but I thought it was fixed in the 1.2.0 firmware release. I’ll take another look into it.

The reason logging into the touchscreen fixed it for you is that it causes our authentication service to send out a message to Manage telling it that a new session was added, and Manage then kicks its cache over and pulls the updated info from the authentication service.
